Good Afternoon Party People! As I am sure that I won't be home on time tomorrow to get this baby over the airwaves, I thought I do you an early one.. There is so much coming up in the next couple of months, that it might be an idea you go and have a look at the calendar and start contacting event organisers for the events you don't want to miss out on.. Last week we had another great night at Trago Lounge. A warm welcome to Mark who came to check us out for the first time and congratz to Milly and Rob on acquiring a membership form!

The Pink Ball 2010

And once again this year The London Hotel and Countess Mountbatten Hospice Charity are inviting us to come along to The Pink Ball in its 2nd year and well worth it! This year the venue is NV in Southampton and once again you can show off your penguin suit or ball gown (your choice!). The entertainment will be in true London Hotel Style, you will enjoy a very nice 3 course meal and you could spend some money on the raffle.

It was a great night out last year (see last years event gallery for the pictures) and we are definitely going again!

Wanna come along? Spaces are limited, so hand over your money as soon as possible!

 

Quiz Night at The London Hotel July 2010

Another month another Quiz Night! And once again we're off to The London Hotel to rack our brains, have a few pints and aim not to come last! Quiz entry is £1 and our team could win 80% of the pot - the rest will go to charity. The quiz starts at 8.30pm as usual.

If you want feeding let me know on or before Friday the 2nd of July - You can choose between Beef, Cheese, Bean or Lamb Burger; all served with chips and salad for only £5 per plate. Dinner is served at 6.30pm and in between dinner and quiz we could play a few rounds of pool.

Unlimited Karting @ Eastleigh

We know some of you just cant get enough Karting and that the normal two x 15 minute sessions are just not long enough.  So to satisfy you karting addicts, we have decided to put these Unlimited Karting Nights on – and at an amazing price!

To ensure you get the best value, we are even limiting the number of drivers we’ll book on each event.  Make sure you get booked in quick, as we have a feeling these nights will sell out fast…

Outdoor Summer Cinema 2010

 Sir Hillier Gardens are hosting their outdoor summer cinema again this year. Rodgers and Hammerstein’s greatest musicals of all time and one of the World’s best loved treasures. This classic film has to be one of your ‘favourite things’! Bring a rug and picnic (nun costumes are optional). Gates to Gardens open at 7.30pm

We will need to buy tickets in advance, so do the usual thing to let me know.......

Mr Baby Bell and Sack Racing

The Great British Experience - Cheese Rolling

Well, Mr Bell had a great time this weekend (and us too)! We went to Gloucester for the Cheese Rolling without cheese, so we brought Mr Baby Bell along to do our own rolling down the hills. We stayed in a neat hotel with pub on less than crawling distance, we went to Cheltenham for some dinner and drinking, we went shopping and watched F1 (not so smart move Vettle!), we did some more eating and drinking, we relaxed, slept and went to Tetbury for a very quaint festival with Sack Racing and drove home..

Good Evening Party People! Apologies for the slight lateness of this newsletter - the website was down for a bit as the server had some issues. Your webmaster had a long chat on the sofa with our Server Lord and all is well now (thank you Peter for such a speedy response!). So, what happened last week? Well, we had a very yummy meal in Wonderland with lots of NaFoF'ers - veterans and newbies alike.
