Get out those dancing feet and shake your funky groove thang to the latest craze that is sweeping the nation - Mo'jive.
A partner dance that is much easier than Salsa, even if you have 3 left feet (Like me!).
We will be attending the absolute beginners class - wanna join us? Its on a drop in, pay as you dance basis, wth a class followed by a freestyle section to practise all you've learned.

You asked for it, so we are doing it Laughing So this last Thursday of the month we are frequenting Que Pasa and will be taking them up on their 2 for 1 Cocktail offer! Buy any cocktail from their menu (find it here) before midnight and get the 2nd one free (same cocktail as the one you ordered).

Happy Chocolate Days!!

After the lovely sunny weather it decided to ignore our pleas and gave us rain and grey skies.. Of course that didn't stop us on Friday! As it didn't seem to be a good idea to light the barbie (and the new decking at the same time), we switched the hob on, 'baked' a stack of yummy chicken legs in the oven and flipped some awesome burgers. Salads, crisps, scrummy chocolate cake and drinks completed our carpet picnic. It was great to see James and Paula again, to catch up with old friends and laugh our heads off.. All in all - it was a fab long afternoon!

First Thursday Food Fun by Cuisine Queen

Hiya, all you lovers of good food and wine.

As you know, we pick an interesting restaurant for the first Thursday of every month, where we eat, drink and become merry.Laughing  One month we frequent a local curry house, the following month, something different and so on.  I'm gonna write a short blog about it every month and would love your help with this.....i.e. marks out 10 for the food, what you thought of the restaurant, the evening, and whether you had a good time........

I have a whole list of mouth-watering, tempting places in mind, but, please do let me know if there any restaurants you would like to visit.

In April, we went back an old favourite, The Tiffin Club, in Oxford Street, which specialises in gourmet curries.

St Georges Day Pub Quiz

We have been invited to come along to the St Georges Day Quiz at The London Hotel today. Yes, we are aware that St Georges Day is actually on the 23rd of April, but the quiz will definitely be on Wednesday the 22nd of April.

Maximum of 5 people per team - no worries if you don't have a team - we can make one up for you. The quiz will consist of at least 50 questions, including a music and the infamous picture round!
