Festive Ice Skating Dec 09

To get us in the festive mood or as the web site puts it 'for gratuitous wearing of hats and scarves, drinking of mulled wine and holding of hands', we are planning a trip to the Winchester Cathedral Ice Rink.  Sessions last for one hour including skate fitting and costs £9.95.  Once the skating is over and the blood has returned to our feet, we can spend some time wandering around the Christmas Market before heading to one of the local hostelries for a well deserved drink!  I would suggest aiming for the 14.15 skating session as this will give us plenty of time to visit the Christmas Market before it closes.
