Death by shuttlecock - The Return of the smash

Forget the ice and the snow and step into the warm savannah of the badminton court, for a genteel smash and grabathon, all in the name of sport.

We are heading to Fleming Park, to test our nerves, test our reflexes, and burn off those excess pounds.
