Day out in Bath

To ease the January Blues treat yourself to a day out in Bath - Spa, shopping, cuisine and culture what more could you ask for in one day!

The plan would be to catch the train from Southampton Central about 10am and then spend the day as you choose in Bath - denting the credit card shopping (if any room left after Xmas and the sales), seeing the sights or cheating and seeing the sights whilst relaxing in the roof top pool at the New Royal BathThermae Spa - a must do (and yes it is uni-sex and there are also pools and steamrooms inside if the open air in January does not appeal). Bring your costumes but you can hire towels and robes there. If you want to treat yourself to treatments click the link above as you will need to book in advance. After the excitement of the spa or shopping you will have to treat yourself to afternoon tea and a famous 'Sally Lunn' bun before we all meet up again for dinner at the 'Thai Balcony' restaurant before catching the last train home at 21:30.
