Committee Meeting Sept 2011

And the committee has decided to meet once again this month.. Of course you are all invited to come along, so you can let us know what you would like us to do. If there are any pressing matters to lay before the committee, don't be shy and let us know.

So, what is it that we do during committee meetings? Well, we discuss the invitation of membership to our newbies & NaFoF renewals and following from this we tell them to pay up to become a fully fletched NaFoF'er (once again) or we ask them to ride off in the sunset without us.  We discuss any big upcoming events, like the Christmas Party, while we flutter our eye lashes towards your NaFoF Treasurer, so he might be inclined to let go of some funds to sponsor the event. We will be looking at event attendance; what has worked, what hasn't and come up with even better (not always bigger) events for the next few months. We will also be talking about publicity of NaFoF, because we are looking for even more people to play with! And lastly; any other business that any NaFoF'er can bring before the committee to discuss. 

Within NaFoF every member has a voice and a vote, so decisions are made by who shows up! Needless to say; as usual - you are all welcome!
