DESCRIPTION:Grab the safety bar and hold on tight because we're off to Chessington to  \n experience all the fab rides!  If your like me and don't really "do" rides  \n Chessington's are a little more sedate in comparison to Thorpe Park/Alton  \n Towers.  There are 9 themed lands where you will find rides including  "The  \n Vampire"\, "Rameses Revenge\," "Bubbleworks"\, and "Dragon Falls".  We will aim  \n to get there for just after 10am when the park open's and spend all day  \n there before coming home about 5pm. The tickets are £30 on their own  \n website but we should be able to get them for around £20.  Please let me  \n know you are interested in coming by the 29th February 2012 so we can  \n organise tickets/cars etc.

DESCRIPTION:Fancy a spring day out?  Then why not join Vanessa and I at Marwell  \n Wildlife park near Winchester.  Marwell is a conservation charity which  \n manages and restores threatened and endangered species\, so how about coming  \n to see the amazing work they do with animals including giraffes\, tigers\,  \n hippos and even meerkats!   I can't guarantee talking meerkats plugging a  \n certain website but I am pretty sure of an interesting day out!  Entrance  \n costs £12.72 (further donation optional) so if we can all get our own  \n tickets\,  we can then all arrange to meet at the entrance to Marwell at  \n 10.30am.  Please let me know you are coming by Friday 9th March 2012 so we  \n can look out for you!

DESCRIPTION:In 1879\, people flocked to Blackpool to see the illuminations which consisted  \n of a whole 6 lights.   People had never seen anything like this before\, as  \n they were used to gaslight and travelled from all over the place to see this  \n new phenomenon named as “Artifical Sunshine”.   Today there are  \n literally thousands of illuminations from 31 August to 4 November and we are  \n off to Blackpool to catch the last rays of the Artificial Sunshine and also  \n to celebrate Ian and Vanessa’s birthdays.\n \n A rough outline for the weekend is as follows:-
