NaFoF Annual General Meeting 2010

** Update *** Find the Agenda Below *** Okay - we have missed our first Bi-AGM; we were just to busy having fun, so we have decided to have our first Annual General Meeting on Thursday the 11th of February. All committee positions are up for grabs and we would love all to help out as it makes everyones life in NaFoF Land so much more fun (I know; even more?). The positions that really need to be filled are Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer. We would like to add Membership Secretary, Publicity Officer and General Committee Members (you can even choose your own title!). Self nominations should be received by Mike T on or before the 15th of January.

During this meeting you can also alter the Club Constitution, add Standing Orders and come up with other crazy event and club running ideas. Wanting to do this? Send your suggestions to Mike T on or before the 15th of January.

We would like everyone to come along to this meeting, not just to have a quorum, but also it is your club and your chance to have a say!

If all goes to plan we'll be able to get everything sorted within an hour, so that leaves us plenty of 'normal' club night left!
